A quick sear on the outside for crispy flavor, then Very Low and Very Slow or they'll be tough and rubbery. A tricky dish, but oh so lovely when they turn out. The Most Wanted Beef Rub along with some Hickory Chips made a great flavor.

Okay, so I have been watching a LOT of cooking shows on YouTube lately. I'm addicted to all the amazing grill masters out there posting videos of themselves making drool-worth cuts of meat on the grill. However, it never fails... they show some special home made blend of spices and I either forget to jot it down or (quite frankly) don't have every ingredient in the cupboard. What's a guy to do? Well, I decided to partner with an award-winning bbq spice guru from Texas and launch our own line of "Most Wanted" barbecue rubs and seasonings. Now the spice is in the cupboard, pre-blended and ready to sprinkle whenever I want! We just got our first big batch in and they are ready for sale so you can try them too!!!
